PARENT INFO

There are multiple fees involved in a season of RC Football, and they go to different places. There are also two apps the program uses to keep everyone informed — one for coaches to reach players and parents, and one for parents to connect with each other. This page covers all of it so you know exactly what you owe, when it's due, where to pay it, and how to stay in the loop.

Communication

STAY CONNECTED

Blast Athletics

The official channel for coaches to communicate with players and parents. Game times, practice updates, camp info, and program announcements all come through the Rock Canyon Football Program channel.

HOW TO REGISTER

Before your player can step on the field for the first practice on August 3, they must be cleared by the district. Registration is a 2–3 step process depending on whether you already have an Arbiter account. Deadline: July 31, 2026.

1
New to Arbiter?

Create a free account at Arbiter if you don't already have one. If you registered last year, skip to Step 2.

2
Log In & Upload Physical

Log in to Arbiter and upload your player's current physical form. Your student cannot be cleared without it.

3
Pay the $200 District Fee

Pay the $200 Athletic Participation Fee through MySchoolBucks. This is separate from the TD Club — it goes directly to the district.

Your student must be cleared before they can practice.

Once both steps are complete, the district reviews and clears your player. Allow time before the Aug 3 start — don't wait until July 31.
